So I’m writing about how the month of April went from nearly the ides of May, on top of shit as usual I am.

April logged activities began on Tuesday, April 2nd, on my daily activity logbook: Meditated 15 minutes, did 10 half push-ups, and worked out for 45 minutes on the air bike at the hotel gym where I was staying so that I could get a diagnostic screening the next day and not have to wait 6 months for the local diagnostics place to see me. All went well as far as the diagnostic results, whew and yay.

On Friday, April 5th, I studied for an hour and a half, and on Saturday, April 6th I managed another 15 minutes’ meditation.

I got back to doing things on Monday, April 8th: another 15 minutes meditating and one hour and 5 minutes of studying. I walked 9.6 miles per my phone app when I walked to the shopping center closest to my burb for some groceries. Then I did 3 sets of 5 half push-ups, hot-damn.

Tuesday, April 9th, I walked 8,900 steps (apprx. 4 to 4.2 miles), and I studied for 40 minutes.

Friday, April 12th, I meditated 15 minutes and did “ran” on my rebounder with my two 5 lbs weights for 35 minutes.

Saturday, April 13th, I meditated for 30 minutes, and I cranked out an online course due work for 2 hours and 25 minutes.

Sunday, April 14th, I did a 40-minute pilates workout following along to a video on The Girl with the Pilates Mat YouTube channel, and I meditated for 15 minutes, and then I cranked out another due assignment for two hours.

Tuesday, April 16th, I “ran” for 55 minutes on my rebounder with my 5 lbs weights while watching a “running motivation” YouTube video by someone who’s channel name I can’t remember and didn’t jot down.

Wednesday, April 17th, I meditated for 30 minutes, yay.

Thursday, April 18th, I did my rebounder running with 5 lbs weights for 30 minutes following along a SanFranFitness Youtube workout video.

Friday, April 19th, I meditated for 15 minutes.

Saturday, April 20th, I walked a little over 10 miles to the grocery store and back home. Then I cranked out 2 hours and 45 minutes of study.

Sunday, April 21st, meditated 15 minutes, studied for one hour, and ran on my rebounder with my 5 lbs weights for 25 minutes.

Monday, April 22nd, I went to the gym I’m actually a member of and cranked out the following:

2 sets of 20 reps on the pull-down machine at 40 lbs.

1 set of 20 reps of triceps extensions at 30 lbs.

1 set of 20 reps on abs-curls machine at 45 lbs.

1 set of 7 bicep reps at 50 lbs.

5 minutes on stairs machine.

20 minutes on elliptical

Boom, that’s all.

Tuesday, April 23rd, one hour and fifty minutes studying.

Wednesday, April 24th, 15 minutes meditating and an hour and ten minutes studying.

Thursday, April 25th, studied one course for one hour and 55 minutes, another course for 20 minutes, and my third course for one hour and 25 minutes.

April 26, Friday, studied one course for 25 minutes, meditated for 30 minutes, ran with 5 lbs weights in hands for 40 minutes on my rebounder to random YouTube music videos, and studied another course for 50 minutes.

April 28, Sunday, ran for 30 minutes on my rebounder with the 5 lbs weights to YT music videos and studied one course for 30 minutes.

April 30, Tuesday, studied one course 45 minutes and ran 40 minutes on my rebounder with my handy dandy 5 lbs weights following along to an “Improved Health” YT channel video.

And that’s all folks, for April’s timed logbook/journal action.
